issues with the room not having a fridge or microwave as promised. It was disappointing because we counted on these amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the cleanliness overall was appreciated. Still, communication about room features could be improved.

Water quality left much to be desired. the metallic and sulfur notes made brushing my teeth a chore. The beds felt harder than a Wookiee’s heart, which might be a deal-breaker for some. I also noted fans in the hallway due to AC issues. you'd think they would sort that out more efficiently. Poor sound insulation meant I could hear neighbors' late-night escapades, and the pool being closed was a disappointment for relaxation. Lastly, breakfast running out before 9:00 didn't do us any favors when we wished for a little more fuel for our journeys.
